What do I need to start using Pollenprogridxe?
You'll need a valid driving licence, smartphone, and payment method. Simply download our app, complete the registration process, and verify your licence. Once approved, you can immediately start booking and using vehicles across our network.
How do I unlock and start the vehicle?
Use our mobile app to unlock your booked vehicle. The car keys are located inside the vehicle, typically in the glove compartment or centre console. Follow the in-app instructions for your specific vehicle model to locate the keys and start your journey.
What's included in the rental price?
All rentals include fuel or electric charging, comprehensive insurance, roadside assistance, and vehicle maintenance. You only pay for the time you use the vehicle, with no hidden fees or additional charges for standard usage.
Can I extend my rental if needed?
Yes, you can extend your rental directly through the mobile app, subject to availability. If another user has booked the vehicle after your slot, you'll be notified and can either end your rental or find an alternative vehicle nearby.
